Diabex

I take 1000mg only at evening meal. Have been taking this dose since 8/11. Not interested in food at all and have to force myself to eat (unusual for me), have lost 4kgs and if I do eat a large meal, as a rule get diarrhoea as a result.

I take 3 Diabex 1000 a day, that coupled with 1 Diamicron 60mg in the morning, I have the worst diarrea going to the loo at least 8 times a day.... and drinking gallons of water to keep hydrated

I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago I took one tab a day, during that time I felt fairly well . I am now on 2 Diabex 500 a day since taking this dosage I get diarrea  after breakfast and  lots of burping during the day I also noticed only a slight drop in my BSL .I find that long walks really lower my reading significantly.

I take 3 1000 mg a day after meals. How ever I don't see any real drop to a healthy blood sugar level unless I walk at least 4 ks a day as well, plus follow a rigid diet of low fat food. Fish and chips will send my blood sugar to 20. So at the end of the day it's all about healthy eating and exercise

                                                        has been the same as Rob,s   it,s whole tablets. in tiolet boel after stool. stomach pain and cramps. i reaed somwear if your bodey duses not need some or most of the tablets they parsesout. had tests on them do not know.wot they are they say.they doint wont you to know.they no wot    somthing is when they test it. from sharon

I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago. I take one tablet a day with dinner, Since taking diabex I have cramps, and diarrea and gastrointestinal problems . My life is becoming a series of toilet seeking on journeys and I hate travelling. Could this be the effects of the tablet ...I have always had a sensitive stomach???

Severe diarrhoea but then sometimes constiipation accompanied by stomach pains.

I`ve been taking DIABEX for6 plus years. I have recently discovered the tablets whole in  the tiolet bowl after a stool , is this normal ?

Was wondering if any experiences problems sleeping?

i have been taking diabex 1000mg morningand night and 50mgr at lunchtime now after extensive tests i find i am not really a diabetic i only have just a slight intolerance the diabex i have taken has done what im not sure but since i have started it i have had numerous blood clots i have palpitations all the time and i am on meds to stop that as well I HAVE BEEN TAKING DIABEX FOR OVER TEN YEARS NOW WHAT HAVE I DONE TO MYSELF
