Diphenhydramine

**The reason i reccomend 300-350mg is because i did that ammount 2 times with benadryl and it wasnt the best but i dont think it was horrible, and the second time i did 325mg and mixed it with weed and a few mood helper pills i found at my sisters house, and i actually enjoyed it.

a few days ago i took 450 mg of diphenhydramine in sleeping pills, i know it is extremely stupid and i regret it 100%, first off when i took it i was very stoned and i thought they were benadryl because all i read was the diphenhydramine, about a half an hour later i walked over to my buddies house and smoked a blunt which made the diph kick in, i told them about it and brian told me that the sleeping pills slow your heart rate, so to be safe i decided to walk until it wore off because i kept feeling my heart rate slow waay down, i walked for about 5-6 hours, but I wasn't tired at all because i was hallucinating like crazy, colors were extremely vivid and my view on everything was altered, and if i concentrated on one thing for a while i would start to see things, i also heard people all around me and the birds chirps were torchering to me, the whole day i was feeling my heart as i was walking and about 4 1/2 hours into it i felt something on my heart pop (vessel im guessing) and then it felt like warm liquid flooded out, there is a possibility it might have been a hallucination because i was so paranoid about my heartbeat, but i dont think it was, is this common, and if so how should i deal with the situation, if it was a vessel how much damage did i do to my heart? And whoever reads this planning on diph tripping, i would reccomend a dosage of 300-350 mg and if you do only do it once or twice, (well thats a safe dosage for me and im 165lb.) I would not reccomend any large dosages like i did, you may think it's cool that you're gonna trip but it's not fun, i mean i didn't mind it that much but other people may not take it very well, i went through extreme insomnia, i went totally crazy, and if youve ever gotten high off of ADD/ADHD pills, after you come down how you feel nervous and you feel bad, you feel like that the whole trip except 10 times worse, you get an unusual cottonmouth and you dont do well communicating with others and it is difficult to get sentences out, and nothing anyone says funny or happy you just feel like shit. It sucks ass, so kids, if you wanna get a fun trip, ask around and buy a hit of lsd or some shrooms from your neighborhood dealer.
