Elmiron

ive been taking elmiron for a month now and i have missed my period by a week. is that normal with this medication?

i have been taking elmiron for a little over 1 1/2 yrs. it has helped alot. however i have been having severe abdominal pain that comes in episodes in my side as well. i have had all kinds of tests done and the dr can't seem to figure it out. but if i dont take the elmiron it goes away for a while. however not taking the elmiron causes other pain so it really does help im not so sure the other pains are always worth it but it has really helped

I have been taking Elmiron exactly one year. My doctor wants me on it for 2 years. My hair started to fall off so much that I am worry I will be bald by the end of 2nd year. I don't have my period the last 3 month. I went to doctor and had some lab work. It shows I am in menopause. I don't know if other people been on elmiron have the problem or it is just me.

Ive been taking Elmiron for over a month, and i have not seen any side effects yet!! But I have notice that im not havin no pain in my bladder.. I am so thankful that this might be a cure for women or men with IC.

I am new to taking elmiron.  I have been on it 2 weeks now.  Don't see any side effects yet.  It concerns me but more I have days now where there is no pain, not every day, but better than before.  At least I can stop running to the doctor thinking I have a bladder infection  and taking antibiotics for something that isn't there.  No more antibiotics please!!

I tonge has been gettting swollen for the past 4 years . I have been to dr. because I felt something funny with my mouth and tonge, burning and tingle sensation in my tonge.
the dr. tell me that my mouth looks ok
 but actually is beeen getttting fat.
I reallly don't know if this is a side effect of the pill.
Please if anyone experience samething similar let me know.

My name is Mirian , and I'm feeling the same syntos like sore throat, burning and numb sensations in my tonge. I went to 3 oral surgeons and they said that my tonge is ok. To me my tonge feel swollen .

I am taking Elmiron and I have a terrible sore throat, burning of my tong, palat, gums and sinus. There is some blood in the dry mucus. I also have the felling as if something is stuck in my throat. Also have a hard time sleeping because of the pain in my throat
