Fenofibrate

Well I am seeing my my Eosinophilia Count increses exponentially with the use of Fenofibrate and i know its harming me. But do we have any other solution, any other drug to reduce triglycerides??
I do not understand why even after these all extreamly harmful effects this drug is still prescribed!

I was told by my Cardiologist to continue with Fenofibrate 160 mg due to hypertriglyceridaemia. I am also taking atorvastin 10 mg on daily. In india we can get Atiolip F (a comination of Atorvastatin 10 mg + Fenofibrate 160 mg). I was under this medication and after than I got severe back and neck pain lead cervical and lumbar spondilosis, GERD, Erosion in my stomach, my blood creatinine level elevated and fatty lever. I think all because of this medication. Doctor was menitoned prlonged use may got renal and liver problems.. I don'tknow what is the alternative solution to reduce my triglicerides level though I did my maximum dieting and exercise.. concerned due this health issues.

terrible bloated feeling and back pain and also some wheezing

I am experiencing severe irritability and moderate depression since I started taking Fenofibrate 160 mg 3 weeks ago, which is not at all normal for me.

severe back pain, and muscle cramps in my legs. Several days after stpping they seemed to have been getting better, but still have the leg cramps in the evening and somrtimes throughtout the day.

I notice a definite shortness of breath when I use Fenofibrate.
The day I do not use it, there is no shortness of breath.
