John, You should get your Free Testosterone levels checked when you next have a blood test. I had those symptons long before Flomaxtra and needed injections.

Been on Flomaxtra for 2 months with the following affects. Urinary flow improved immediately but ejaculations ceased totally. Known as retro ejaculation. Penis became inflammed around the head and under the foreskin, Posthitis? but goes away when tablet stopped.
Bit worried about long term outlook so am adjusting dose downwards myself. GP knows less about this product than my research has shown. Also been put on Pradaxa which is still on trial so maybe an interaction going on. Best to monitor oneself, less chance of being killed off my the medics.

Burning sensation in stomach area, bad dreams then waking with fast heartbeat and tightness around diaphragm area. Blocked nose.

I was found to have a 4 mm kidney stone in the ureter and the doctor gave this to me. Wonder why? A friend of mine told me a lot of beers would do the same job.

Likewise ; a severe blocked nose, causing some breathing difficulty and sleep issues (Snooring)

Seriously reduced libido. More effort to achieve orgasm. Small very watery ejaculate

Extra wind after taking the tablet.

Tiredness, malaise and weakness

The problem is relating any condition to a drug or blend of same or just deterioration through age.

That's why I am searching the internet.

Things I don't like are TOTAL DISINTEREST IN SEX  and  WEIGHT INCREASE  (Not excessive but aprox 3 Kg each year to current 106 Kg.

I take LOSEC  MICARDIS  FLOMAXTRA. 

Any help out there?

I am 87 years old and have been taking 0,4 mg of Flomaxtra daily for over 6 months.  Befiore that I was taking first doxazosin, then terazosin but was changed by my urologist to tamsulosin.  I cannot complain of severe side effects, mainly slight dizziness at times and blocked nose (I have suffered from nasal catarrh all my life).  I live in Ghana and am unable to get generic forms of tamsulosin and Flomaxtra is quite expensive here.  I work daily in an office using a computer and do not feel fatigue any more than is normal for my age.

dizziness, fainting, fatigue, tiredness all the time

I have been on Flomaxtra forover a year. During this time I have been experiencing fatigue, low energy and malaise. Has anyone stopped this drug for any alternative methods/drug ?

This drug is rubbish and should be removed from the shelf.
After taking just one tablet I have had severe side affects such as;

Very Bad Headache
Very Bad Toothache and saw jaw and cheekbone
Very Weak
Dizziness
Aches and Pains all over
Blocked nose
Insomnia
Halucinations
Diarrhoea

Not impressed at all - Modern Medicine Maddness
What a waste of $50

My Dr has given me Flomaxtra  to take for seven days , will this be effective to increase flow and will I have side effects in this short time ?
