    I went for an MRI with contrast.  When the gadalinium was administered, I experienced a transient global amnesia event.  I had to be taken to an ER and was admitted to the hospital.  Docs insisted the gadalinium would not trigger the disorder, I believe it did.  The last time I had had the dye, I felt nauseous.  Previous to this, I had no adverse reactions to gadalinium.  I am 62 years old.
