    Painful muscles from shoulders to hips in back and abdominal muscles with minor physical strain - exaggerated reaction to minor strain such as winding car window up and down or pressure on back from sitting back or tight clothes. I am 87 and have been on glyburide about 15 years - dosage was increased from 2.5 mg daily to 10 mg daily in last several months.
