     I toke imodium 3 days ago 9th july 2010 and today is 12 july 2010 and I am scared now I have not been to toilet for three days, it suppose to help you with your diaherea and then gives you constipation may be the initial dose should be one insted of two which is been suggested on the box

    Did you ever get any reply to this post? Have you learned any more of what the problem could be. I have the same problem you do. I took imodium almost 3 years ago while in Thailand and since then things have not been the same.
