    10/10/11 Administered first Infliximab 14/10/11 had a venous sinus thrombosis.

  • &nbsp;Unresponsive to 5mg/kg…

     Unresponsive to 5mg/kg q 8wks; increased to 10mg/kg q6wks. After 3 doses at that strength noted fatigue, occasional night sweats, joint aches, sudden onset of chest pain and dyspnea (pleurisy, small pleural effusion) Had just tapered off of 22mos of prednisone. ANA positive. Hopefully drug induced lupus rather than lymphoma.
