• Dear Doctors, My brother…

Dear Doctors,
My brother is 22 years old. He had an accident and had insomnia, depression, anger, feeling guilt of smashing the car and had some childhood flashbacks for about a week and was hospitalized. The time he was admitted to hospital he had t3,t4: 8.84 but now T is normal. and he has no symtoms any more and functions very well, but the doctor there diagnosed him as acute psychosis then he said he has Schizophrania, Im not convinced coz Im an OT and know that he had a PTSD and all criteria of Schezophrania is totallyy different according to DSMIV, They are giving him Prexa and invega.... Is that good or bad for him? what dose should he be taking? Im worried about him coz he is restless now , and spends most of the day and night eating.... But still studying, socializing, attends school and workshops properly....

Thank you for your big help
