cardiotoxicity, lethargic, muscle soreness, headache, stomache pain, hip pain.

I HAVE NOT FELT THE SAME AFTER TAKING THIS MEDICINE I HAVE SO MANY SIDE EFFECTS  SOME TIMES I CANT EVEN DESCRIBE THE FEELINGS. I'M NERVOUS MORE ANXIOUS AND CONFUSSED OUT OF BODY TYPE FEELING. FEELLING LIKE IM GONNA DIE. SCARED AS HELL! NOT MY SELF ANY MORE.CAN'T CONCENTRATE,DELIROUS, I CAN'T FOCUS, BLURRED VISION, EVEN THIS FEELS UNREAL .I JUST WANT TO BE MYSELF ID RATHER FEEL THE PAIN THAN WHAT IM FEELING NOW. WILL I GET BACK TO NORMAL OR AM I GONNA STAY THIS WAY?

I was prescribed 500mg X 2 per day for increased PSA. After 3 days I lost all muscle strength in my arms and legs. It persisits after 2 weeks with no improvment. I cannot even press open a bulldog clip. I am aged 63 and live in South Africa. No one here seems to be able to suggest anything. My calf muscles have gone into soasm and I am receiving phsio but it is not helping. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have just been prescribed levofloxacin and amoxycillin to be taken with omeprazole for a h.pylori infection, bu after reading the reports here, I am fearful about starting treatment. So many people have died after taaking it. I've tried the other oprions (clarithromycin & metronidazole) both drugs were intolerable by me. Big dilemma now, should I risk it, or should I refuse it? My health is poor due to the h. pylori infection, but is this drug (levofloxacin) going to kill me? Is it too dangerous to consider? Any advice appreciated.
