Lexotan

my husband takes lexotan every day,he says it relaxes him & makes him forget his problems,what is the out come or side effect of this tablets?

i had to extract one of my teeth which was badly da maged as of breing broken and rotten as food desposit remains on the inside. ever since the extraction and have taken the over counter drugs prescribed by my denthist...the pain has been severe making my eating habit to be pathetic for now. my jaw muscles in my mouth is not opening wide as a result of acute pain when trying to do so.
I was prescribe lexotan as a muscle relaxer to help relax for jaw muscle so that i can also undergone another treatment as regarding to tooth cleaning. Though this is my day of taking the tablet but i have faith that the drug will work to relax the jaw muscle and i will be relief of the acute pain.

i find it relaxes me when i feel stressed, before i board a flight.when i have to visit the dentist. i just think lexotan is great. a real relaxer.

Be careful about the difference between addiction and dependency. In my experience they are not chemically addictive such as a lot of other drugs but they are difficult to give up if they have become the most effective way to treat your symptoms. Your best bet may be to investigate an alternate means of treatment such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or another form of psychiatric therapy.

Hooked on the damn tablets. Take 3mg x 3 days. Now comes to the stage where 3 is not helping need more. On them for 5 yrs. Doc told me not addictive (untrue). How the hell can i stop them.

does lexotan make u gain weight??

when i took the lexotan tablets they made me really sick and got a really bad headache from them i dont want to take then as they are maken me sick

I have constant and sustained pain under my shoulder blades, which seems to radiate from deep within my right breast bone.  The pain also now seems to be affecting my vertebra column and across to my left breast bone area in the vicinity of the heart.   This pain starts from 1996 as a pin sticking me deep down in my right breast bone.   It is now  2010 and the pain has now manifested in what I would describe as sore or inflamed type of pain which sometimes is even even felt in the upper shoulders and neck region.  I have done several x-rays, 2 CT scans Barium meal exams, ultrasounds and all proved negative.   recently a doctor prescribed lexotan for me but on reading the side effects I WILL NOT take this drug in my system.  Why then this drug is not taken off the market if it poses su much threat to people's health.

i have been taking lexotan the past year for panic attacks... i suffered terriable the last while with panic attack... i found the more i took lexotan the more i got panic attacks i was dependent on lexotan every day... they are very addictive... i have stopped taking lexotan and i have had hypnosis done and i am now free from panic attacks and free from medication.

I was on istin a blood pressure tablet and was getting panic attacks and tremors when I take lexotan it relieves the symptoms.  I only take it when needed

my husband has been taking lexotan for stress, his sex drive has totally gone because of this drug. dont want him to change as it suits him so well. help ???????????????
