    Low back pain and dark urine. Started after year of 20 mg of Lovastatin was also on Diclophenac for 5 years. 75 mg. Tramadol for about 1 year. Stopped taking all but Lovastatin. Still have dark urine everyonce in a while.

    After about 6 weeks of taking 20 MG of Lovastatin, I woke up one morning with double vision. I don't see that listed here as a side effect, only blurry vision is mentioned. I have not used the drug for about a week and the symptoms persist.

    Very active medium-built 48 year old (tennis, golf, competive basketball). Rarely if ever had experienced pulled musles during activity. After taking Lovastatin for about a month, I now experience serious muscle injuries during tennis which requires 2 weeks to recover. This has happened the last 3 times I have tried to play regardless of pre-activity stretching. In my case, the injury reoccures in the groin area (both sides). Injury is followed in a few days by bruising in the thigh area. I'm well aware of the affects of the aging process but this came on quickly & after my Lovastatin had been increased from 10mg to 20mg?
