  • My grandmother, an 83 year…

    My grandmother, an 83 year old woman, has been taking memantine for about a month.  One doctor diagnosed her with possible Alzheimers. Since the first week she started having symptoms as follows; She started sleeping constantly,  having confusion, diziness, her legs started shaking and she had a Fall and broke her arm,  now she can't barely walk or move, is aggitated, has insomnia, high blood pressure, and finally had severe hallucinations. We took her to the ER last night and she was taken off the drug today. Now we are waiting for a recovery.
