Misoprostol

sir my wife taken misoprostol 200mg by orally after 30 minutes periods has been started till 12 days.
but after 7days the again period has started what is the resion.

Prior to my D&C yesterday, I was prescribed Misoprostol to be taken vaginally. Approximately, 4 hours later, I was getting chills and by the time I got to the hospital, my temperature was about 39C. My doctor and anesthesiologist recommended that the surgery be cancelled because of my fever. In the past, I have had bouts of bronchitis and, very infrequently, I get sleep apnea. As a result of this, my surgery has been postponed until October. Are fever and chills common with this medication? If so, will I ever get my D&C? Is there something else that can be taken in place of this drug?

what are the side effects if i will take it that im not pregnant or no gastrointestinal disease?

I have give given Misoprost to my wife orally 2 dose  2 days now we are thinking to keep the pregnancy, Is it is safe to keep the pregnancy after taking Misoprost. Plz Help
