sexual impotence, payronie desease,tierdness,fatigue,dizzisness,imsomnia,depressed,pop up ears and many others , but the doctor insist that i have to keep it to prevent esofagus bleeding, i have liver sirrocis but the side effects of this medication is killing me any way

First there was a 10 lb wieght gain in a week.  Of course my HCP stated that was not possible, but I weight myself often - trying to lose weight not gain.  Then irritiable - my wife stated down right mean.

I find myself anxious and irritable. My heart beats slow and very strong even while resting, the strength of my heart beat (as in, how it physically feels in my chest) is so strong at times that I've sought medical council.
I'm on 12.5mg twice a day.
I will be looking for alternatives.

I wake up in the middle of the night with numb hands.  It is like I slept on them.  I streatch and open and close my fist to get the circulation back in them.  There is also some numbness up my arm to about 6 inches above the wrist.  Numbness in arms is much milder than in hands.  My hands almost hurt they are so numb.

I take 40 mg per day.  I am thinking of cutting this in half.
