    Hello, I had a Fox Terrier and 4 years ago the Vet prescribe Panalog drops. The next day "Manolo" was totaly deaf. I stop using that. Hopefully, about 3 days later, he began to hear again.

    My dog went totally deaf after I put Panalog drops into her ears for a yeast infection. I hope her hearing returns, because it was perfect before this happened. I am a reference librarian and have done extensive research the past few days. I have found that the neomycin in the Panalog causes deafness in animals and humans. This has been know as far back as 1969. Why are these medications still being used?
