If I already have depression and I feel like the patches are making it worse, how ling will it take to go?

Day 3 on the daily patch and have had the weird dreams and waking up more at night, but I was expecting that as is is not my first time using the patches.
I was even expecting a bit of Irritability as you would expect to, but I was not expecting depression just hit me like a ton of bricks today but as I have been reading it's not uncommon.

I am on my third daily patch and commenced using the first one at night. My sleep has been a little disturbed by very vivid wierd dreams that tend to wake me up. Normally I cant remember what I dream but now I have several dreams and remember them all. I have had one headache but I make sure I am drinking lots. No other effects except I dont have the desire to smoke and have no pressure or jitters of wanting a cigarette. They work!!! I am 49, female and been smoking about 12 smokes a day since I was 18. I was given the Nicabate P Transdermal nicotine 21mg patches.

Can I bye Nicobate in Norway?
