    I have used nicotine polacrilex lozenges 4 mg for approx. 8 months to quit chewing tobacco. My recent routine visit to the dentist (6 months since last visit) yielded 8 moderate to severe dental cavities. I am male, 52, practice good dental hygiene and this was a total, unexpected shock. Maybe this was caused by the ion resin poliacrilex scavenging calcium from the teeth. Regardless, this should be investigated!
