    Yesterday I took 3 nytols , the dose is 1, they are the gel caps, now i feel queasy and m head feels fuzzy........i was desperate to stay asleep, but now i just feel ill and am worried i may have slightly overdosed?? i dont know....i have only been using them the last 6 days/nights now.
