New to the medicine but no relief yet

My dad is 73 years old diabetic and hypertensive strted to take omnic 0.4mg/day for BPH and from the first day started to have severe lt hip joint pain, he just took it for two days. initially he stopped the drug. He had no any trauma and it's new kind of pain that he has.

i take i tabs 0.4 per day new since i take it i have cough non treatable

Peter. I was told that a common side effect is that the pipe that delivers semen constricts as a side effect of the pipe for urine openning up. It can cause "dry orgasms", but it doesn't affect the orgasms and the effect is reversable, you just stop taking the pills if you want to have a child.

What is the difference between OMNIC 0.4 mg and OMNIC OCAS
because I was taking Two tabs daily from OMNIC 0.4 and now he advised me to take one tab only because OSAC is more potent

Been taking Omnic or about 2months and have experienced decreased semen production.

Is this a common side effect of taking Omnic or a new symptom of a slightly enlarged prostate?
