a filling from 1 of my front teeth came out a couple days ago. the next day the pain got worse because the nerve was vulnerable.so i applied orajel max strength to the tooth the pain went away quick i applied it to the tooth and the gum around it.next morning i looked into the mirror half of my face was swollen, my upper lip, the inside of my mouth on the side that the tooth was hurting, by my nose, and my eye lid. i was pretty much freaking out i thought it would go away with a cold compress by the next day and nothing it got worse so i decided to go to the doctor that prescribed me 2 meds which im taking and the swelling went down btw the day before i went to the doctor i went to the dentist to get my tooth filled its the 4th day and my face is only a lil swollen thanx to the doctor NO THANX to Orajel (-_-)

Applied Orajel max strength yesterday, tongue and cheek still numb today...and it's late evening.

I have been suffering with a toothache on and off for about a week. I decided to apply orajel extra strength to my tooth friday night it immediately wore off. I woke up saturday morning i woke up with a small part of my tongue swollen i didnt pay any attention to it, so i applied more orajel twice saturday, by saturday evening the entire left side of my mouth was irritated and the left side of my face and neck is burning with hives i tried to clean my face but nothing is working

i bit my lip and had 2 canker sores.  so i applied orajel 4 times a day for 2 days----now my lip has huge blister sores and it looks like someone beat me up.  i must be allergic to the stuff---no more.  my son said he had the same reaction to orajel. VERY PAINFUL AND UGLY.

I have got a cavity or abscess im not sure, and It was killing me for two days. So i got some orajel and applied it. Then withinn 20 minutes my gum swelled up and is still swelled up 9 hours later. The pain is immense and it even seemed to transfer from my tooth to where the swelling is...it feels like the nerve was pushed up into my gums or something from the orajel. And the doctor prescribed peniccilin incase it is an abscess for me today. Orajel is not safe!!!

I was suffering from a terrible toothache. So I bought some orajel liquid extra strengh and applied it to the infected tooth and surrounding gum area, after about 5 minutes the pain sub sided but after about 20 minutes the pain came back and I was now in 5 times more pain then before the application.  S_it it felt like someone was trying to pull my left eye right out of it's socket and the pain went from the top of my head on the left side all the way down the leftside of myface and into my neck then across my left colar bone..

Had a wicked bad canker sore on my bottom lip. Applied the orajel and it burned while it was numbing and it felt good after it numbed. But unfortunately the pain came back about 10-20 minutes later. It says apply every two hours but fuck that. I do it probably every thirty minutes to an hour.

I'M FREAKEN CRYING MY HEAD OFF RIGHT NOW! My bottom braces were cutting my lip HORRIBLY, for a week now. I had these white blisters forming inside my mouth and it hurt to talk, smile, frown, any little thing hurt it. Even breathing or keeping my mouth shut! So my mom bought me Orajel and I was like, "Okay, cool!" and I put in my mouth. My mouth felt like it was burning (because it was numbing) and I was happy.  Then the pain LITERALLY came back 5 minutes later! So I applied it again, with the same result, and then tried again for a third time. I finally gave up, and it's now 11:10 PM at night (3 hours later) and I have a EFFIN BULLDOG LIP! I was like, "Okay, the pain's coming back. And my lip feels swollen, must be because it's numb." and I took a look in the freaken mirror and my ENTIRE BOTTOM LIP IS FREAKEN POPPING OUT! It looks like it's rolling out! Literally! It's popping out more and more, to where the cuts on the inside of my lip are about to pop out and show! I HAVE EFFIN PICTURE DAY TOMORROW FOR MY FIRST YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL! I'm cramming tonight because I have 3 freaken major tests tomorrow that'll fail me if I don't pass, and now I have FREAKEN THIS on top of it all!

orajel can kill your baby. its called methol hemoglobin anemia,you may not know your kid has that disease but givin your child orajel will trigger it and put your child at risk.
