Took the first 20 pills…
Took the first 20 pills at 5pm, not a problem. The first 3 trips to the bathroom, fine. 5 hours later sprinting to the bathroom, cramping and probably dehydrated due to the fact that no matter how much or how fast I drink I cannot keep up with the OsmoPrep. This is torture. I hate it and will not be taking the next 12 pills at 8am. I am also very cranky due to the fact that my Dr says NO food today. SO it has been 24 hours since I was able to eat and my colonoscopy is 13 hours away. 36 hours with no food, 32 horse pills and several hours of pain, is this really necessary?

Wonderful! This is the second…
Wonderful! This is the second time I've done the prep with the pills and I couldn't do it any other way! No side effects. Worked fast and easy to use. It helps if you start a semi-fast 3 days before the procedure.

After the first 20 pills,…
After the first 20 pills, within 15 minutes I experienced hand tingling, chest tightness, sweating, severe nausea, near fainting, confusion. I asked my son to drive me to the hospital, but then made a call to 911 for faster help. ER staff helped me tremendously and I was stablized enough to be discharged. This was my 5th colonoscopy and the 4 prior, I never experienced any of these reactions with any other prep.
