    I've been taking pantoprazole for almost three weeks for a stomach ulcer. The first two weeks when I was taking it twice a day weren't so bad until the end, when I started getting some pretty severe jaw pain. Now that I'm on it once a day, I'm suffering some serious bouts of depression.

    I have been diagnosed with h.pylori - I am on 40 mil of pantprazole,
    clarithromycin500 mil, and metronidazole 500mil.  I am taking 2 times a day and in the third day I have extreme joint pain.  I wanted to know if any one else has had this side effect.  This is the one drug out of all three that indicates pain and muscular problems. Should I stop taking?
