muscle aches

Sharp pains in my chest bone all the way around. It started on my left side, than in the centre where i found it very difficult to breathe and worse if i smoked. Also, worse when i lean forward or move my arms across. Than it moved to my right side with pains in my back. I was only taking it for 3 days and as soon as i worked out it was from the drug, i went off it but the pains have still not disapeared 2 weeks later and i am worried. Does anyone know what i can do to fix this? It was definetly from the penacillin (amoxillyn 500) as it started the night i started taking it and was always really bad half an hr after taking it. Its much better than what it was, but it is still playing up. I think it gave gave me some kind of infection on my chest wall

CHEST PAIN WITH CHILLS

I have got 5 teeth pulled today for braces. It was difficult to take Penicillin because my whole mouth was numb.. I rested for a while then got up and took it. I have been really dizzy and I have a real bad headache.. I got prescribed the Penicillin for pain in my mouth after getting 5 teeth pulled.. Not sure that it is working.. I just have the horrible side effects to look forward to. Thanks for letting me share!

I have been taking penycillin now for a week because of an infection leading to root canal. From the penycillin, I have experienced headaches, dizziness, vertigo type symptoms, body and muscle aches and cramping. Symptoms have increased as the days have gone on.
It was recommended to me to seek a "refrigerated" PRObiotic which you can find in health food stores.
Penycillin strips away bacteria, both bad and good bacteria. Probiotics, which are live cells in pill form, help to replenish your body. I was instructed to take probiotics in between the penycillin and take the whole bottle of probiotics, even after the penycillin is gone. I have also been told to "double up" the doseage of the probitoics. So, we will see... hopefully it will help and hopefully this post might help you?

I had penicillin for 3 days both in hospital by needle in my arm and orally once discharged from hospital. I was admitted for severe tonsillitus and found to have no real noticable side effects until the 2nd night where I was constantly tired yet was unable to sleep, alert yet groggy and had minor hallucinations before I went to sleep. Was discharged the next day and when home with 5 days worth of oral penicillin which had no problems until the first night dose where I had a longer instance of hallucinations which resulted in 2 hrs passing and only seeming like 20mins. I also had extreme aggitation explainable by my awareness of having creapy images in my head, shaking and feeling of being awake yet wanting to sleep. I then returned to the emergency and refused to continue on the drug going home with 3 days of the amoxycillin version and having no trouble since. I feel that the more the drug compounded in my system the worse it all got. I know they all recommend you complete treatment yet I felt my mental health was more important and as a result refused to continue the medication taking an alternative. WE NEED TO REALISE WE KNOW OUR BODIES BETTER AND SOMETIMES IT IS BETTER TO RETAIN YOUR MIND OVER ALL!!!!

I've been in Prevpac which contains amoxicillin. 2000 mg a day for 10 days now and still have 4 more days left that i can't wait to finish. I've been trough many side effects. First day got diarreah, second and third day bad nausea, the next following days extreme tiredness all of these accompained buy headaches, swetty hands and feet, difficulty paying attention kind of blurry head.My latest side effect has been mild chest pain and stiff neck. I know i have to finish them but wow it's hard to do so.

it was wierd and horrible i could breath it was hard so i had to go to the hospital and they helped me there
