Just completed my first Pregnyl trigger 10 days ago and wanted to share my side effects as nobody in the hospital explained them to me. The morning after I injected I was vomitting and had a very bad headache. That easied after two days but I have had bloating, pelvic pain, backache and breast tenderness since. I don't want to worry anyone about to take it because of course the reason why you're doing it outweighs the side effects - but I have felt very worried as none of this was explained to me, I hope this info helps x
