    Im 60 years od.Im a woman.I`ve been taking provas for the past 5 months.the doctor prescribed provas because I have vertigo.Besides vertigo I have astma. For the astma, I have quite a chronic astma.But eversince I drink 10 glasses of warmed plain water after getting up from bed in the morning I SELDOM get astma. I`ve been on this water theraphy since 1980 until now. Besides that i never forget to exercise 3 times in a week. the execise that i do is according to my target heart rate.Target heart rate formula 220-your age x .60 to .80.
    Now that i m on provas,I dont get my astma attack AT ALL even if the weather is bad or any thing that im allergic to. The doctor gives me ginko biloba to take besides provas. I feel much better. I can think better than before. Im on NO OTHER MEDICINES except provas and ginko biloba.About the vertigo, i just councelled myself and massage my head..But before i take provas my vertigo was real bad. I cannot sleep, depressed, and I feel like there is no tomorrow.
