    I was on Isisorbide and switched to Ranexa a couple of weeks ago. I have began having angina pain again and want to ask if it is Ok to go back to the isiorbide immeadiately? I beleive it is angina? I haven't had any problems for a year or so since being on Isisorbide so it seems a little funny?

    56 yr old female - 2 heart attacks.  I am having numerous bouts of dry throat/choking since starting Ranexa.  I literally start choking with eyes watering and retching. Liquid or gum of losenge will take it away almost immediately.  Also, can't easily pass urine and it is honey colored in the AM.  DR doesn't believe my choking issue.  Anyone else have it?  Could it be tied in with all the "constipation" issues posted?  Both would appear to dehydrate.

    68 year old female experienced tremors and tics after taking Ranexa, resulting in several falls and 2 hospitalizations.  Once the medication was stopped, the tremors and tics subsided.
