Reactine

I took 12 hour reactine in the morning for three days in a row. I decided to not take it on Saturday to monitor the difference in my body. I have had a headache all day. When "on" Reactine I felt a constant shakiness in my body but wasn't actually shaking. At night I have been grinding my teeth very badly, moving around a lot and making strange sounds for long periods of time as if I were having very vivid dreams. My fiance had to sleep in another room because he was awake until 2:30 as a result of these unusual behaviours. I feel more alert during the day but need to be able to sleep to be healthy.

I took a Reactine for the first time about 10 minutes ago. My allergies have been getting worse and worse over the years and so finally I wanted to do something about it. About 30 seconds after taking one with my morning coffee I felt very dizzy and light headed. So I'm doing research and stumbled across this thread.

Took one on Monday afternoon.  Tuesday night slept badly and had a headache in the back left side of the head but attributed it to a flu or something.  Second one brought on very painful migraine.  I have been a migraine sufferer in the past but at age 57, they are almost a thing of the past.  Ouch!

I have over 20 years taken antibiotics,reactin, claritin. I have seen many doctors and they say I have IBS-bull.. I recently have been researching about my health--My large intestine's lining is damaged as I cant take spicy food anymore. I have diverticulitis. Take lots of yogurt(natural) when taking antibiotics-doctors never asked me to take yogurt. Health food stores carry sinus busters and other allergy tablets-they work..
