  • I found reductil very good…

I found reductil very good as I had gained about 3 stones in weight over years of over eating and feeling overweight which affected my confidence and my health. I had planned to start taking reductil for a month to begin with and to see how i got on with the product. I was very pleased with the results and within the first couple of days i felt i didnt feel hungry for junk food which i usually pigged out on. The reductil helped me to train my body back into going for healthier foods only when i felt hungry and over the 4 week period i had lost about half a stone. I felt great, had more confidence and energy. The side effects I experienced were headaches and feeling anxious sometimes, my heart was beating faster and i had difficulty in sleeping, but as I had planned only going on this medication short term i kept an eye on this and looked after myself better.

I felt a bit sick some days but other days i felt really good. I then had another month's reductil and by this time my appetite had got under control, my confidence and health were returning although i did feel anxious and had headaches which i presumed may have been part of the side effects, and sometimes i felt irritible. I lost another half a stone in the 2nd month. When i had the 3rd month of this I felt really good, my weight went down to what I felt happy and healthy with so I came off them. I was then able to maintain a healthy eating pattern which reductil - using this short term - had enabled and helped me to do. I know there have been contraversy around some patients with reductil causing heart problems but if reductil was used only short term and patients were monitored regularly and checked thoroughly first if they were in the "risk" category, hopefully serious implications could be avoided and they could look at something alternate which would be safer for them, their weight, their goals and their lifestyle. Reductil was brilliant on a short term use, i would not take Reductil any longer than a few months but I feel this has helped a lot of people who are just looking to lose weight over a few months rather than long term use - which is the danger of using long term. If this was available for a maximum of 6 months per patient subject to age and medical history/contra-indications, and a full assessment and health check, lifestyle check was done on each patient, and their future intentions and goals, this product may help many people to re-train their bodies into a healthy eating pattern whilst losing a couple of stone in a short term period. I went off junk food and ate healthy because i didnt feel i wanted to pig out whilst on reductil. Losing 2 stone helped me get my confidence back, my self esteem, my energy and my health. This was a brilliant product - for short term use.
