    hey, im 27 i started it to curve my binge drinking problem. funny you say about the stretching thing because when i first started taking revia i felt the same thing in my legs.. and the stretching felt really good. im on 25mg though and i would say the feeling was regular but not every 2 mins. as for anger and sadness.. it could be related to the drug making you feel flat.. it sounds like it was a good idea to stop. though i have found the drug so far really helpful. nick x

    I am a 42yr. old woman who was prescribed Revia for alcoholic relapse. I am also bipolar and take Welbutrin (150mg) & Lamictal (100mg). I experience the side effects of an intense sensationsof needing to stretch - like when you wake up.  Muscles tense up body strains and the relief only came from stretching out arms & legs and tensing up body in a stretch.  The urge came on every 2 minutes.  Additionally I became extremely angry, had feeling of hopelessness and sadness.  I discountinued use after 2 days.  I have been unable to find others who have had this side effect.  Does this go away with time or is it something to worry about?
