  • i suffer from severe consipation…

    i suffer from severe consipation, and have also suffered with thromboised piles.. anyways, i have had 2 hermoidcomys, and since the operations i havent suffered with any piles... but, i have to take 10 senokot a day!! yep, every evening, and have been doing for the last 2 years.. i have tried, everything else, even tried to cut down on these tablets with no success.. i am totally depended on them, which isnt good, also im not running back and forth to the loo, i go once in the morning.. doc says whatever i need to take for me to go.. i have to.. i am delighted that i dont have consipation anymore, as this was horrific for me.. any suggestions???
