    good for deep sleep, but once you start you must continue their use. Does Seresta use diminish the lungs deep breathing in favor of shallow breathing. The point is will the lungs then shrink their oxygen intake capacity because of the many hours in sleep mode. I had a recent incident where I had to run 200 yards to catch a train, once on I could not breathe. I became dizzy, had a hard time seeing and felt generally sick. At the hospital my blood, heart and lungs checked out perfectly. The doctor concluded the great stress I had carried the last 3 months tired my brain and it was my brain that malfunctioned in the train incident. How does Seresta play into my overall health and what exercise should I do to offset what bad Seresta may do?
