    liver transplant done on 23.10.09.  sirolimus (2mg OD) started after tacrolimus reached toxic levels, around Jan 2010.  discontinuation of tacrolimus in april and also cyclosporin added

    after jan 2010, have had severe hair fall, moles appearing all over the body, darkening of skin, need to use UV protection, haematoma, slow reduction of haemoglobin from 12gm/dl to 9gm/dl), bruises(small) appearing all over the body but giving no problem

    dosag of 2mgOD from jan end to june end, now reduced to 1mgOD after rejection of tacrolimus
