Sprintec

My lady is still breastfeeding and taking this pill for a few dosages. I told her that I read that you shouldn't use this one while breastfeeding, but she said her doctor said it was approved. Anything else I read online said not to. Any advice? scared...

From what I've heard from various doctors, it's normal to have an irregular period, missed period, or spotting throughout your cycle while on many forms of oral birth control. Some women (like myself) are actually put on certain forms to stop the menstrual cycle entirely, so it's probably nothing to worry about.

I just got out of the hospital with a pulmonary embolism and I was on this for less than three months. No other health problems, not a smoker, only 22....the clot started in my leg and could have gone to my heart or brain instead.

I was on this for 28 days and had a pulmonary embolism.  This pill came close to killing me.  I have no previous diseases or any health problem.  A pulmonary specialist told me this came straight from this bc pill.  I'm lucky to be alive.  I'm not the first person to have experienced this.  There are millions.  Go to facebook "pulmonary embolism" and read many women's experiences. 

This is my first time using IC Sprintec, I'm on week 3, and I'm starting to get TERRIBLE stomach pains, at first I got constipation, and then afterwards I had horrible diarrhea, I feel nauseous and so sick I couldn't leave the house...I've been getting depressed and I haven't been eating (and when I do, I feel really sick shortly after), and I'm scared to keep taking them I'm afraid it will get worse. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm on Sprintec for the second or third month and I am on the third white pill. The first month, I had my period for the whole time but, the second I got it on the first white pill, but with this one, I have nothing yet. Is this normal? Do other people have this response? There is no way I can be pregnant considering I have not handled sperm and Have never been engaged in sexual intercourse. I would appreciate it if you could tell me if this is a normal thing or if it is just me.

when i first got on it i lost 10 pounds then this past 2 weeks i've gained 5 pounds back. any advice??

i'm 15 and have been using sprintec for 3 months..so far i dont like this pill. a week and a half before i start my stomach gets rock hard and stays that way till i start. before the pill i never had cramps and now they are so bad i can barely walk. also don't know if this is normal or not but i'll flow brown for 2 days. and i will only be on my "period" for 3 days (including the brown flow days). i get really bad headaches the week afetr my cycle.

two weeks into pack, im feeling very depressed, anxsious, contipated for days then diarhea

Since switching from Ortho TriCyclen-Lo to the very less expensive Sprintec, I have been much more tired and had a lot less energy.  I used to be a night owl, but now I'm yawning by 10:00!  And it doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I always have a hard time waking up, and have only feel productive about half of the day.  I get tired very easily and will fall asleep if I sit still for any length of time.  I can't even stay awake to watch movies anymore.

I been suffering from depression for years and it gets worst around my menstrual time. the doctor gave me sprintec to stop my menstrual. for the first month and half i felt releif and for the last past two week i have been feeling really depress. could this be the sprintec
