    I took a 24 hour sudfed tablet about 6 hours ago and I am experiencing odd pain and sensation in my groin area, also having some difficulty urinating, very slow flow and stops and starts of urine.

    I find Sudafed to be very effective for sinus symptoms, however, it does cause me to have restless legs at night. I have a little trouble getting to sleep. It also makes me anxious, a little depressed and just plain feel weird. I just don't think the benefits outweigh the side effects for me.

    i am 24 years old and suffer from anxiety, panic attacks etc. I have beenhaving a good spell of late and hadnt had an attack for a week or so, i have been suffering from blocked sinuses,headache etc so i decided to atke sudafed dual! the next morning i suffered bad heart palpitation one every few minutes for about an hour. would thisbe a side effect of sudafed?
