Systane

My doc says I can use up to 8 times a day

Experienced some blurring of vision.

Caused my ears to be extremely itchy and sore.

and one more think is there any think like we have to use with in a month after opening the cover ???

I had used SYSTANE and effect was good....I got relief from dry sense, burning etc...as well as I am feeling better now

blood pressure was elevated

I've only used Systane twice, I started yesterday, and now have continuous itching in both my eyes. Does anyone know what I can do about it? I've tried washing my eyes with water but that doesn't work and I'm reluctant to use a different kind of drop in case this makes it worse. Does anyone know how long this lasts?

can the drops be used with contacts?

No burning, itching or headaches! My dry eye got better! Ii would recomend this to anyone! There a ruddy miracle!

yes, i also had blurred vision in one eye. i got worried but it went away in about 20 mins.

Same for me. Serious pressure on my eyes.

I just began using Systane a few days ago for dry eye. Everytime I put the drops in, I immediately get a headache. (Very seldom do I ever get headaches.) My eyes (the eyeball itself) also feel like they have pressure on them and someone at work asked me if I had the flu because my eyes look like I'm "sick". I don't think I'll use it anymore. I don't have any burning or irritation with it.

My two standard poodles started Systane ultra for dryness and redness and irritation.  After six months they both came down with tumors in their left eyelid.  One was cancer.  Both had to have surgery.  These tumors were located in the exact location for both pets and happened within two weeks of each other.  This just happened so I do not know the outcome .... but I will never use Systane drops again!  More research is needed on these drops.

not sure if its relevent.. but I seem to get a really nasty headache after putting the drops in... its hard to know because i get headaches anyways.. sinus etcc. but its just seems odd and not sure how to proceed.

Each eye doc in the past two or three years has recommended it. They each have advertisements in their offices, such as informational video with "funded by Systane" at the end credits. Is this a case of the docs being heavily influenced by $alesfolks?

Systane was recommended by health professional. I immediately had film covering my syes that I could not eliminate. Started using another lubricant and wetting solution and the film disappeared and vision became more clear. The thickening agen is too much

I had got Lasik done on my years abt 10 yrs back ... this helped me get rid of my glasses but since last few yrs I felt dryness in my eyes. The doctor suggested me Systane lubricating drops ... which I started 2 days back. I had a very bad experience ... my eyes started burning, became red , the nerves were very much visible , had a sticky feeling, were watery and in the morning had problem opening my eyes ... the eyelids had got sticked. I suffered for 2 days ... tday am feeling better as I didn't use it last night.

I have used several times and have not had any problems.  My son wears contacts but has dry eyes can he use these drops?

After coninual use, the inner corner of my eye lids would crack.
