    I can take 5 x 2,5mg and most of the time,they make me feel calm,sometimes I feel sleeply. It all depends how I am feeling, I cry a lot and get very depressed,via family problems but I know that I am going through premenopause,or menopause,I also take H.R.T. Please help me
