    took topimax and after 3 months lost almost 25lbs and started having stomach problems. It ended up that my gall bladder went bad and had to have it removed.

    My 15 year old daughter was prescirbed Topimax for her migraines that she had about 3 times a month.  While on Topimax she became worse and developed a 12 day long migraine that landed her on total bed rest.  Very scary.  Another family member was prescirbed Topimax for impulse control.  Impulses on this person increased significantly instead of decreasing and the patient became very agressive.  Our family will steer clear of this drug!!!!!
