    I only took this sparingly after a car accident, it helped with pain, but it changes your moods drastically, when you stop , I never needed meds before and basically a vitamin nut that drinks beer now and then. The other week because i needed to lift some things and  i started taking them as needed, I was thinking be careful while on them not after you quit. It totally turned me into mr. hyde I had some beers the next few days to relax and then I picked on everything whether important or not. I have extreme mood disorders and I think I ruined my marriage from telling my wife I am depressed and I want to divorce. I then thought of why am  I thinking of suicide all the time and started investigating this med and now I see that as long as you keep it in you. Your mood will be talkative but reasonable in thinking. All drugs suck and I would rather suffer with pain than take them. I strongly suggest that you  don't take it as a pain reliever unless you plan to take it all the time. They are not kidding when they said severe depression. The alcohol still amplfied the mood swings even when it was days later. I can't believe what  I said to my wife of 20 years. Anyone experience this while using it mildly?
