    I have been on 120mg of Verapamil since January 2, 2011. Over the past 3 months I find myself short of breath doing simple things like bending over to tie my shoes. Typically this time of year, I lap swim 4-5 miles/week. Now I can only swim 2 with conciderable effort. Things around the house are not getting done.
