    52 year old female from Florida diagnosed with high cholesterol. In 2008 while taking vytorin 10/20 my total cholesterol dropped 100 points in four weeks. Stopped taking it. Later in 2009, I took vytorin 10/10 and Niaspan 1500mg. My total cholestoorl dropped to 105. I suffered from insomnia, depression, irritabilty, hostility, female hormones levels affected (dropped from post-menopausal levels to peri-menpausal levels), post menopausal bleeding, abdominal pain and biliary dyskinesia became worse. Stopped the medication, depression, insomnia, hostility and irritabity cleared up within days. Hormonal levels returned to normal levels within 2 months. Post-menopausal bleeding stopped. I am presenting in the process of having my gallbladder removed. Other medications taken at the same time: Celebrex, Tramadol, Vicodin, Trental, Adderall, Micardis/HCT, Bentyl and Toprol
