    I am 57 years, female, 1.53m and 70KG. and 320 Colesterol
    Have had very high colesterol since the age of 28 and was then 48Kg.  For the past ten year I have taken Pavercol, Zocor, Crestor and Enegy.  The last one with side effects with sudden red blood spots. I manage to lower it to 250 but no less.  The doctor has now prescribed Zarator 40mg, but I am afraid to take it because of the side effects.  Can you help?

    Heart strok in Oct2008, 2 stents on left artery (HSM, Lisbon)

    Zarator Side Effects with 20mg dosage (Oct2008-Jun2009)
    blood creatine phosphokinase increased, myalgia, weight decreased (12kg since Oct 2008, due to exercise, diet, zarator and aspirin, it means 92kg reduced to 80kg) 

    Zarator Side Effects with 10mg dosage (Jul2009- 2010...)
    blood creatine phosphokinase Normal level, myalgia NO PERCEPTION, weight decreased (keep weight 80kg).
