Male patient reported the following Methylphenidate side effect(s):Palpitation, tachycardia, hypertension, gum bleeding, insomnia, appetite loss.
Patient developed severe palpitation and tachycardia(148 pulse rate), coupled with hypertension (190/110). Had to be administered benzodiazepine.
