Male patient reported the following Spiriva,Symbicort,proventil side effect(s):bad cough with blood,dizzy,increased bp,chills,chest pain,shakes and balance problems

took symbicort before bed, woke to chills and fever ,lack of balance,heavy cough with lot of blood,increase bp,chest pain left side.chest noises,wheezing etc
