Male patient reported the following Clindamycin side effect(s):Euphoria
Patient lost ability to keep innermost thoughts & feelings from being inappropriately expressed, causing family & social distress. Condition lasted (and slowly faded) over 6 months. Fallout, as damage repaired, has lasted to present. Patient recognized euphoric influence from similar experience 20 years prior (when his social setup was less explosive).
