Female patient reported the following Zymar side effect(s):nausea, dizziness, tightness in the throat.

Drops were administered as instructed.

Event date: Monday March 2nd 12:00:00 AM
Dosage: 1 drop every hour for first 24 hours, 1 drop every two hours during waking hours for 5 days.
