Albuterol Side Effects Report #SELF-3099
Female patient reported the following Albuterol side effect(s):After inhaling Albuterol, I experience frequent urination. About once an hour I had to urinate. The amount of urine produced was higher than normal and the color was very pale.
I was having new carpets installed and the amount of dust from the removal of the old carpet caused me to have an asthma attack. I used the Albuterol inhalor three timss in a two hour span.
Event date: Friday May 15th 12:00:00 AM
Dosage: Two puffs as needed
Frequency: Once every 49 minutes.
Age: 65
Weight: 158
Other medications: I was using Symbicort and Spiriva to help breathing. I also take coumadin, diltiazem for high blood pressure, simvastatin for high cholesterol and prilosec.
Diagnosis: COPD, had an asthma attack after inhaling excessive amounts of dust.
Pre-existing conditions: I am a prior smoker with COPD and a bilateral BK amputee. AMputation was caused by blocked arteries due to blood clots.
