Megestrol Side Effects Report #SELF-3665

Male patient reported the following Megestrol side effect(s):After being on Megace for approximately one week, patient started to act moody and aggressive. This person seemed to be losing ability to reason and could not remember what day of the week it was or what the date of the month was. After three weeks, we sought the help of a neurologist who immeditely recognized the symptoms as side effects of Megace. He is now off of the Megace but has not improved.
