Female patient reported the following Epamin side effect(s):nervousness, headache, breathlessness,depressed,lethargic, just no energy, restlessness, rapid heart beats, like flutters, extreme fatigue, heaviness of limbs,

my legs wer just unable to keep me standing up with long term use of Meticorten,the internist kept me in observation for 3 days and withdrew the meticorten which in turn cause a partial seizure on the 3rd day, I was the given EPAMIN.
